How Does it Work?
We understand that picture day can get complicated and sometimes feel overwhelming. Follow along to learn our simple step-by-step process so you can feel prepared.
Step 1 - Ordering
Place your order directly from our website preferably in advance for a smooth and simple experience. Choose from a wide variety of packages and backgrounds.
Step 2 - Backdrops
View our background options on our ordering page! Select the package option most suited for you, and select the different backgrounds to pull up the samples. Once you're satisfied with your choice, add your item to your cart and check out.
Step 3 - Order Conformation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive either an email or text message including a four-digit order number. Please remember this number for picture day!
Step 4 - Come Take Your Photos!
Come to your picture day location at the designated time set by your coach. Once you reach the front of the line, you will be asked to provide your four-digit order number. We will then give you a sheet with a QR code, which will allow you to access your digital photos once ready. Do not loose this sheet!
Step 5 - SMILE!
Time for your pictures! Take as many photos as you want. For print orders, we ordinarily select the photo that gets printed. Please contact us with any specific printing requests.
Step 6 - Delivery!
Your pictures are ready! Within 3-6 weeks, all prints will be delivered directly to your coach who will distribute them. You will be notified once they have been handed off to your organization.
Step 7 - Locate Your Digitals
After you've received your prints, you can access the rest of your photos using the QR code slip from picture day. Scan the QR code, and enter the password listed on the sheet.
